TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Tacting Casting (the "Directory"). By checking the box and creating a profile, you (the "User") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Nature of the Service

The Directory is solely an online listing and networking platform.

  • Not an Employer: The Directory is not a company, studio, agency, or organization.
  • No Employment Relationship: Your registration does not create an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between you and the Directory. You are not an employee, independent contractor, or agent of the Directory.

2. Purpose of the Directory

The Directory is intended strictly as a resource for casting directors, production companies, and technical advisors to locate independent industry talent and crew.

  • The Directory acts merely as a passive conduit for online publication and distribution of User-submitted information.
  • Any subsequent engagement, interview, or booking resulting from a connection made via the Directory is strictly a private matter between you and the third-party hiring entity.

3. No Guarantee of Work

The Directory does not guarantee employment, bookings, audition calls, or work of any kind. We make no representations regarding the volume, quality, or validity of any inquiries you may receive through the platform.

4. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

You utilize this Directory entirely at your own risk.

  • Vetting: We do not vet, background-check, or endorse the casting directors, productions, or advisors who utilize this platform. It is your sole responsibility to perform your own due diligence before accepting any work or sharing personal contact information.
  • Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Directory, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, safety issues, payment disputes, or scams arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with third parties found through the Directory.

5. Term and Termination

By checking the "I Accept" box, these terms remain in full force and effect continuously unless one of the following occurs:

  • You choose to delete your profile and leave the Directory.
  • The Directory, at its sole discretion, removes your profile or terminates your profile
